Vendor Representation

Vendor representation occurs when the vendor retains the broker to sell their property. In order to obtain the highest possible price for a vendor it is necessary to (1) reduce the risk of the transaction to the purchaser to the greatest degree possible and, (2) expose the property to the broadest range of qualified, potential purchasers. Purchasers discount for uncertainty. In order to reduce their risk we draw upon the resources of our Valuation and Lasercad Divisions to produce a Master Sales Prospectus (MSP) which clearly details the fiscal, physical and legal attributes of each property we have listed for sale. We are routinely complimented on the clarity, quality, breadth and depth of our MSPs by purchasers, vendors … and other real estate brokers.

We have been an active member of the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors since 1978 and are one of the few commercial brokers able to offer clients access to the Multiple Listing Service® and its 600 member agents in the Halifax Regional Municipality, for superb local exposure.
