In order to obtain the highest possible price for a vendor it is necessary
to (1) reduce the risk of the transaction to the purchaser to the greatest

and Lasercad Divisions to produce a Master Sales Prospectus (MSP)
which clearly details the fiscal, physical and legal attributes of each
